Difference between Loket AFM and AFM Portal

Question:

What is the difference between Loket AFM and AFM Portal?

Answer:

Loket AFM and AFM Portal are the two digital gateways to the AFM. The difference concerns the services offered. AFM Portal contains forms for notification of price sensitive publication, reasonable suspicion of trading with inside information or market manipulation and price stabilization transactions. The Financial Information Leaflet Generator can also be downloaded via AFM Portal. Loket AFM offers for instance the following services: Notification issued capital, major holding and managing and supervisory directors. Furthermore: Filing financial reporting, self-assessment for financial services providers, and licence application for audit firms. In the future the services of Loket AFM and AFM Portal will be moved to the Digital portal.

What is the Digital portal?

Wat is the Digital portal en what is the difference with Loket AFM?

Answer:

Since December 2010 the Digital portal is the central location on the web where you can do business with the AFM. In principal you will find here all forms and other downloads. Some forms for capital market parties are still available at Loket AFM, but will be moved to the Digital portal in the future.

If you want to access Loket AFM on behalf of your company, you should log in via Logging in as a company with an AFM access code. If you want to access Loket AFM as an individual or on behalf of another individual, you should log in via Logging in as a private person.

How to receive an AFM access code as a company?

How do I receive an AFM access code as a company?

Answer:

Send an e-mail request (loket@afm.nl), stating the reason for the application, and the name and place of business of your company.

No access to Loket AFM with an AFM access code

Question:

I cannot log in to Loket AFM with my AFM access code and receive the following error message:
‘The access code or password is incorrect’

Answer:

Check if you are logging in on the right screen with the right access code. If you still cannot log in, send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl with a description of the problem and your access code.

No access to Loket AFM – account blocked

Question:

After several attempts to log in with my AFM access code, I can no longer access Loket AFM and receive the following error message:
 ‘Your account has been blocked because you tried too many times to log in. To unblock your account we refer to the Contact Person of Loket AFM within your organisation. When you are this Contact Person yourself or when you used an AFM access code for private persons, please send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl

Answer:

After three failed attempts to log in with your AFM access code, access is blocked for security reasons. Please contact the Contact Person for Loket AFM of your company. If you are the Contact Person, please send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl requesting for a new password. Don’t forget to include your access code.

AFM access code lost or forgotten

Question:

I want to log in to Loket AFM with my AFM access code, but I lost/forgot my access code.

Answer:

Please contact the Contact Person for Loket AFM of your organisation. If you are the Contact Person yourself: the access code can be found in the e-mail you received from the AFM. If this e-mail is no longer in your possession, please send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl. If it concerns the access code for private persons, you will find the access code in the e-mail that was sent to you automatically in reply to your application for an access code via the website. If this e-mail is no longer in your possession, please send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl.

Required service not in Loket AFM

Question:

After logging in to Loket AFM, I cannot find the service I need.

Answer:

Contact Loket AFM by e-mail (loket@afm.nl). State your name, the name and Chamber of Commerce registration number of your organisation and the required service.

No access in Loket AFM to the required service

Question:

After logging in to Loket AFM, I cannot get access to the service.

Answer:

Send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl and state your name, the name and Chamber of Commerce registration number of your organisation and the concerning service.

Contact your Contact Person with the AFM. If you don’t have any contact details, you may send your question to the AFM by e-mail to loket@afm.nl.

Statement of use Loket AFM

Question:

What is the purpose of Statement of use Loket AFM?

Answer:

If you log in to Loket AFM for the first time, you must fill in and sign a Statement of use. With this you will agree with the terms for using (the services of) Loket AFM. Please fill in the details of your company and the Contact Person and select the service you wish to use. After finishing the Statement of use you have immediate access to the service(s) you selected. Send a signed printed copy to the AFM per post.

Question:

How can I sign and send the Statement of use, if I lost the printed copy?

Answer:

Send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl. and request for the Statement of use, stating the transaction number and/or the name of your company. You will receive an e-mail with a PDF of the Statement of use as an attachment. Sign the printed copy and send it to the AFM per post.

No access to the services after filling in the Statement of use

Question:

I filled in the Statement of use, but can’t access the service(s) I selected.

Answer:

Check if you finished the Statement of use correctly. After printing you should click the Complete button to go to your service(s). If it is no longer possible to finish in this way, you should log in and fill in the Statement of use again. You don’t have to send a printed copy for the second time.

Contact person for Loket AFM

Question:

What are the duties of the Contact Person for Loket AFM?

Answer:

The Contact Person for Loket AFM is the appointed contact person of your company for Loket AFM. The account of the Contact Person is the main account. The Contact Person can create subaccounts for other persons within your company that also give access to Loket AFM and some or all of the services to which the Contact Person has access (see also Help). For creating subaccounts you have to send a request to loket@afm.nl. Please mention the name and access code of your company and the transaction number of your Statement of use.

What are subaccounts?

Answer:

On request the Contact Person for Loket AFM can create subaccounts for one or more persons within your company. In this way they will also have access to Loket AFM (see also Help).
