Digital services via Loket AFM

At the moment Loket AFM is offering a limited number of services. When filling in the Statement of use you may select services that apply to your organisation. If you have any questions about Loket AFM, you should first contact the Contact Person of your organisation. If the Contact Person cannot answer your question, or if you are the Contact Person yourself, you may send an e-mail to loket@afm.nl.

Logging in to Loket AFM

You can log in to Loket AFM with an AFM access code. Send your application to loket@afm.nl, stating the registered name and place of business of your organisation. An AFM access code looks like this: admin@123456.

As a private person you have to log in with your AFM access code via Logging in as a private person.

Statement of use

If you log in to Loket AFM for the first time, you have to fill in a Statement of use once. The signed Statement of use must be returned to the AFM per post.

Selecting services

In the Statement of use you have to select one or more services. After completion of the Statement of use you enter the menu of Loket AFM, where you will see the service(s) you selected. You may use the service(s) immediately.

Contact Person and main account

The AFM issues one main account to an organisation with the service(s) which is/are relevant to this organisation. For managing this main account the organisation appoints a Contact Person (step 2 of the Statement of use). The Contact Person will be responsible for the main account. The Contact Person can create subaccounts for employees who are also granted access to Loket AFM in this way. For this you have to send a request. The Contact Person can also apply for new services offered by Loket AFM. Requests can be sent to loket@afm.nl. Please mention the name and access code of your company and the transaction number of your Statement of use.

Subaccounts

The Contact Person can create up to ten subaccounts, which he can also change and remove. No other services can be allocated to subaccounts than the services allocated to the main account. The Loket Subaccount Management screen gives an overview of all the subaccounts created by the Contact Person that gives designated employees of an organisation access to Loket AFM. The login history of users is maintained for each subaccount.

Note: For creating subaccounts you have to send a request to loket@afm.nl. Please mention the name and access code of your company and the transaction number of your Statement of use.

Creating a subaccount

Click on New subaccount to create a new subaccount. Then fill in the details of the person concerned and select the service(s) the user may use. As the Contact Person you must inform the user about the subaccount created yourself.

To be able to log in to a subaccount the user must have a different access code from the one for the main account. The Contact Person can create a new code himself. The access code is generated automatically and can be identified by the name of the employee. The Contact Person creates a password himself and indicates with a checkmark that the user should change the password.

Changing a subaccount

The Contact Person can change a subaccount by clicking on the subaccount in the Loket Subaccount Management screen. It is the responsibility of the Contact Person to determine when a subaccount needs to be changed. In this screen the Contact Person can make the following changes for each subaccount:

1. Removing or adding services by removing the checkmark next to the service or by adding a checkmark (this can only be done if the service is allocated to the main account).

2. Changing the contact details of the user.

If a user of a subaccount has forgotten his password, the Contact Person can change and/or unblock the password of the subaccount himself. A subaccount is blocked after three failed attempts. At the next attempt the user receives a message stating that he should contact the Contact Person for Loket AFM, who may then unblock the subaccount by checking Unblock password, enabling the user to log in again with his old password. If the subaccount is blocked, because the user has forgotten his password, a new password can be provided via Reset password and by entering a new password twice. In both cases the Contact Person may require the user to change the password by checking this option, when he logs in again.

The changes are stored by clicking on Save. The Contact Person has to inform the user that the subaccount is unblocked and how he can log in again.

Removing a subaccount

A subaccount can be removed by clicking on the red cross next to the subaccount concerned in the Loket Subaccount Management screen.
